CURRICULUM VITAE

Luc Habets began his career as a lawyer at an international law firm in Amsterdam. There he was made a partner in 1996, following a stay of two years in Jakarta, Indonesia. He transferred to Lexence in 1998, where he works for the Corporate & Commercial Law practice. Luc has considerable expertise and experience in the field of mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions; he lectures in this area at a number of institutions. In 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Luc was nominated as one of the five leading Dutch acquisition lawyers for mid market transactions (with a transaction value between €10 million and €250 million). As of July 1st 2009 Luc is a member of the Management Board of Lexence for a period of three years.
