Martin Guerand graduated in Notarial law and Dutch law from the V.U. University Amsterdam in 2002. Martin then joined Loyens & Loeff and later went to work for the firm of civil law notaries Fanoy Forsthövel. Martin joined Lexence in 2004. He works for the Property Notarial Services practice, specialising in investments and property development.
