Lexence focuses primarily on organisations, both domestic and international, operating in the Dutch market. However, it also plays a leading role in the independent international network Meritas. The intensive level of collaboration between the member firms of this network means that a client with international interests can always be assisted by a firm in the country in question. The exchange of knowledge between the firms is also an important feature. It is possible to do a traineeship with one of the Meritas firms abroad.
