Lexence appoints Judith Schulp as director

With effect from January 1st, Judith Schulp has been appointed member of Lexence’s executive committee for a period of three years. Judith Schulp succeeds Arthur Kaspers and will continue to conduct her practice alongside her duties as director.

 

Thanks to her extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, Judith Schulp’s practice involves the area where employment and corporate law meet. She is specialized in collective and individual employment termination law, reorganizations, removals (and buy-outs) of directors under the articles of incorporation, corporate governance, fraud, employee participation, the transfer of companies, disputes with stockholders and cross-border labor. She is regularly involved in consulting and disputes on employee participation and collective employment contracts. Judith also litigates on a regular basis, both in civil court cases as well as in arbitrations, and is active in mediation. In addition Judith performs pro bono work for the IMC Weekendschool, Valid Express and dance4life and is a member of the board of the Amsterdam canal festival.  

 

As of January 1st, Lexence’s executive committee consists of Peter Reinders, Judith Schulp and Tomas Steenmetser.
