Vailog signs for 15 hectares at 7Poort business park

The municipality of Zevenaar and Klokontwikkeling have signed an agreement with logistics developer Vailog for a plot of approximately 15 hectares at the 7Poort business park in Zevenaar.
Vailog will be able to build a distribution center encompassing approximately 85,000 m² GFA on this plot. The 7Poort business park is already home to a number of logistics companies such as Dachser Intelligent Logistics, Chep Pallecon Solutions and Skantrae doors.
Klokontwikkeling owns approximately 7 of these 15 hectares and comprises the following parties: Klokgrondexploitatie; Van Arnhem Ontwikkeling and V.H.G. Beuningen.
Vailog is an Italian real estate developer. Vailog has developed more than 1,500,000 m2 in logistics space in Italy, France, the Netherlands and China over the past decades. The most recent developments included logistics centers of 65,000 m2 for Best Seller in Shanghai, 87,000 m2 for Amazon in Milan and 20,000 m2 for La Poste in Paris.
