Prologis buys 14,000 m2 at Haven Zeven in Waalwijk

​​​​Prologis is buying approximately 14,000 m2 is logistics real estate on Veerweg at Haven Zeven in Waalwijk DC1. The property has been bought on behalf of the Prologis European Properties Fund ll (PEPF ll) managed by Prologis. The selling party is Roozen van Hoppe Bouw & Ontwikkeling. One of Prologis’s long-time lessees, e-commerce service provider Docdata, has since leased all the space. 
Bram Verhoeven, Country Manager Prologis Benelux said about the deal: ‘With this purchase our portfolio in Waalwijk increases to 55,000 square meters in total, further expanding our relationship with our important client Docdata.’
As of June 30, 2014 the US-based logistics real estate company owned a total of just over 1.5 million square meters in real estate in the Benelux.
