The sustainably renovated nationally-listed building De Smederij in Amsterdam-Noord has been acquired by Harvest & Millten. The redevelopment of the listed former forge into offices and catering and hospitality establishments is being carried out by seller Mediawharf Monumenten, a development consortium of Biesterbos, Fortress and Het Fort Onroerend Goed. The property will be Breeam certified (with the label ‘good’). Triodos Bank provided the project financing for the investment. The sale price was not disclosed.
