Mark Keuss

Mark Keuss is very experienced in employment law. He specializes in collective dismissal procedures and forensic inquiries into misconduct. He advises both profit and non-profit organisations (hospitals, schools etc.) on restructuring, matters concerning (employee) participation, social securities, partnerships and disputes with the inspection.
 
Mark has authored many articles on employment law and is co-author of the book Strategisch Talentmanagement [Strategic Talent Management], edited by Professor Hoogendoorn.
 
Mark regularly lectures on employment law at various institutions such as the Rotterdam School of Management, Nyenrode, the Radboud University Nijmegen and VU University Amsterdam.
 
Mark joined Lexence in 2006. Mark read Dutch law at Utrecht University and completed the postgraduate studies in employment law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He was admitted to the Bar in 1989.
