Thanks to her extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, Judith Schulp’s practice focuses on the intersection of employment and corporate law. She is specialized in collective and individual employment termination law, reorganizations, removals (and buy-outs) of directors under the articles of incorporation, corporate governance, fraud, employee participation, the transfer of companies, disputes with stockholders and cross-border labor. She is regularly involved in consulting and disputes on employee participation and collective employment contracts. Judith also litigates on a regular basis, both in civil court cases as well as in arbitrations, and is active in mediation.  

 
Judith also does pro bono work for the Weekendschool, Valid Express and dance4life. She is a board member of Grachtenfestival Amsterdam. Judith has often been a speaker at seminars, publishes on a regular basis, and is the co-author of a handbook for civil procedural law in employment cases.
 
Judith has been at Lexence since 2008 and was appointed to the Management Board in 2016. Prior to this, she was affiliated with Allen & Overy, among others. She started her career in the mergers and acquisitions practice, and has been working in employment law since 1997.
