Jordi Rosendahl


Jordi Rosendahl specializes in employment law. He advises employers and managers at profit and non-profit organizations on individual and collective dismissal cases (reorganizations), disability/illness and matters involving terms, transfer of business and conditions of employment and the Work and Security Act (WWZ). On behalf of his clients, he regularly handles litigation in subdistrict court cases, civil procedures and at the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). He provides support to soccer players, trainers/coaches and players’ agents in matters related to employment law, and he litigates on behalf of his clients active in the sport before national and international arbitration boards. Jordi also had a key role in the development of This website outlines the key changes introduced by the WWZ and provides handy resources.


After getting his bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law, Jordi got his master’s at University of Amsterdam. He has been working as a lawyer since February 2009 and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2009. He is a member of the specialized associations Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (Dutch society of employment and benefits lawyers) and the Vereniging voor Sport en Recht (VSR) (Association for Sports and Law). Jordi completed the specialization course in labor law at the Grotius Academie. Jordi is part of the employment law practice at Lexence. The Lexence employment law practice is recommended internationally, appearing on lists such as the Legal 500.
