Jan-Willem Raadgever specializes in construction law, real estate and tendering law. He is experienced in counselling developers, authorities, contractors and stakeholders such as landowners, in the field of large-scale and complex legal territorial developments. He has ample experience with civil proceedings and litigation before arbitration institutes like the Constructional Arbitration Institute.
 
Jan-Willem is visiting lecturer at the College of Higher Education in Amsterdam. He publishes regularly and is editor of the journal on Vastgoedcontracten (contracts in real estate) where he is responsible for
prototype contracts with architects, advisors and building companies. He is a member of the Association of Construction Law and of the Dutch Association of Tendering Law.
 
Jan-Willem has been with Lexence since 2009. Before that he worked for among others, Boot Advocaten and Raadgever Advocaten. He obtained his Master's degree from Utrecht University in Dutch law with a dual major (Company, social and economic law, and Corporate law). He also completed the postgraduate studies in real estate of the Grotius Academie. Jan-Willem was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
