Anouk Scharff


Anouk Scharff is specialized in environmental law (spatial planning law and environmental law). She supports our office in cases dealing with zoning codes, permits and the enforcement of (administrative) regulations. She also provides advice on environmental issues such as ground pollution, asbestos and liability law pertaining to environmental law.
Anouk is a visiting lecturer at Bureau Kennis and in that capacity regularly provides courses to municipalities and architects on administrative law topics.
Anouk has been employed at Lexence since 2016. She previously worked at Bierman Advocaten and Ruimte in Advies. She received her master’s degree in constitutional and administrative law from Universiteit Utrecht. Within this master’s program, she pursued the specialization track in environmental law. Anouk was sworn in as a lawyer in 2013.
